Build a stronger, flexible and pain free body takes work (hard work), but we have different ways to get you moving and improve your physical condition through strength training, rehab exercises and Pilates.

 With one-on-one and group classes, face-to-face or online,

we can work together in 3 different ways:

 

1:1 or 2:1 PT Sessions

As the title says, this is personal.

After your first assessment, we get to work on your physical goals and needs with a personalised and specific training program using different tools and based on a combination of different methods to build strength, improve your mobility, increase your flexibility, and give you that feeling good factor.

PT Sessions are held at 157 Abbotsford Rd, Bowen Hills – Brisbane, in a very private studio using basic equipment and machines, that safely will help you achieve your goals in a sustainable way.

No loud music, screams or “all eyes on me” kind of feeling, we will work together in an environment where people are looking to improve their quality of life through safe strength training and rehab exercises, focusing on doing a great job and feeling comfortable and understood.

 How it works:

  1. Contact me here and tell me your story.
    What you are looking for, what you want to achieve, questions, etc.

  2. Book your first assessment here.
    We need to know where you are, to create a path that will get you where you want to be.

  3. Prices and Schedule.
    30 min, 45 min or 1 hour.
    We discuss and choose the option that best suits your budget and schedule.
