Why Pilates and why now?

Let’s be honest here, the rush of modern life is starting to take a toll on our mental and physical health, and we are constantly living with aches, and pain and are more disconnected from our bodies than ever.

Although Pilates is not the magic pill that will fix everything, it will get you into a state where you can connect your body and mind… how good is that!

Pilates is challenging, energising, and fun, and you will have me there guiding you every step of the way.

 My Mat Pilates class is a combination of functional exercises, joint mobility and stretching incorporating the use of resistance bands, light weights, and rings to help you strengthen your body from the inside out.

Pilates is one of the best rehab methodologies used by physiotherapists and high performance athletes around the world to improve core strength, body awareness and alignment, posture, coordination, flexibility and general fitness.

Not too sure where to start... Pilates is the way!

How it works

  • Classes run for 45 min at 157 Abbotsford Rd, Bowen Hills.

  • Bring a towel and a water bottle

  • Book a single class or the full term below up to 1 hour in advance.

  • Classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Ages 18+.

  • Please contact me if you have a special condition, so we can discuss the best options for you.

Schedule and Prices

  • Wednesday 4:00 pm.

    Single Class $22 - Select the best options for you and book in advance all the classes you want.

    Full Term $140 – Classes are run by School term, but there are options to start any time.
